THREE THINGS YOU NEED TO BE CUTE AND COMFY THIS THANKSGIVING
We all know that, after giving thanks for having food to eat and good people in your presence, the goal of Thanksgiving is to eat, drink and maybe play spades if you're not too sensitive. The dilemma is how to dress for the dining room and entertain company when all you came to do is pig out. I've identified the three basic essentials for my fellow overeaters.
1. Oversized Sweater/Cardigan
I call it the fancy sweatshirt. An oversized sweater or cardigan is perfect for the season and occasion. They're cute, simple and easy to pair with. Not to mention, putting one on feels like being hugged, under covers.
2. Bandage/Knit Skirt
The bandage skirt or a knit skirt is the best way to dress up an outfit. It presents better than your favorite sweatpants but just the same the fabric with these skirts won't tell you when you've had enough to eat.
Flats are more comfortable than heels and I could stop there. Oxfords are timeless and sophisticated. They also come in more colorways than retro Jordans so there is no need to wear sneakers this year.
