THREE MAKE-UP SUGGESTIONS
Make-up is so much fun but it can be challenging if you don’t know what you are doing. We are living in a digital age so Youtube has several make-up gurus that are more than willing to help a beginner with their make-up. I’m nowhere near being a make-up guru but I do have a little advice or suggestions to help your face look flawless.
Foundation: Buy the correct shade for your skin tone. It is becoming a regular for girls to leave their house and their foundation is lighter than their skin tone. When in doubt ask a credible makeup artist or ask that friend that is always honest with you. If you can’t do either one of those options take a selfie with the flash on and if your face looks ghostly or like you bleached your skin, try again.
Eyebrows: Practice, practice, practice! Learn how to fill in your eyebrows correctly or just pay someone else to do it. There are tutorials all over the web and even classes taught on how to make your eyebrows look great but make sure you practice before you go into public. There are specific products and tools that you have to use to accomplish the look so be mindful of what you are using and it turns out.
Blush: Buy the correct color your skin tone. Your cheeks do not need to be extremely rosy nor does the blush need to cover your entire cheek. If you aren’t sure how to apply refer to a make-up artist or Youtube for clarity. Once completing your face make sure to take a picture and if your cheeks are extremely rosy, try again.
Remember, your makeup should enhance your beauty not transform you into a different person. Practice makes perfect, so take your time and it will all come together.
